This policy applies to profiles, personas, smart links, QR destinations, uploads, embedded content, messages, forms, products, and any other NciteMe feature. You are responsible for content you publish and destinations you promote. See the Content & Community Standards for how this applies on the page itself.
Prohibited use
Do not use NciteMe to create, host, promote, link to, or facilitate child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation; trafficking; nonconsensual intimate imagery, including manipulated or AI-generated imagery; threats; targeted harassment; hateful incitement; violent extremism; graphic violence intended to shock; phishing, malware, or credential theft; fraud, impersonation, or deceptive financial schemes; spam; infringement of intellectual property; doxxing; unlawful sales or services; or other conduct that violates applicable law. Do not bypass limits or security controls, or use misleading redirect chains. We may restrict certain regulated products and services even when they are lawful.
Adult content and destinations
NciteMe does not host explicit sexual content. Nudity, explicit sexual descriptions, pornography, adult embeds, explicit thumbnails, and adult sales or payment flows are not allowed on a NciteMe page. Linking to adult material hosted elsewhere is also not allowed. We do not yet offer a sensitive-content label or an exit warning, so that kind of destination cannot be published until those controls exist. A later label would not make illegal or exploitative content permissible, and it would not allow solicitation of in-person sexual services.
Visitor data and marketing
Collect only information you have a lawful basis to collect, explain your own use to visitors, secure it, and honor their choices. Do not upload or share purchased contact lists without the rights to do so. Do not send unwanted mass messages. Use unsubscribe and consent controls where the Service provides them.
Enforcement
We may remove content or links, limit distribution, suspend features, or terminate access. Serious threats and child-exploitation reports may be escalated to appropriate authorities as required by law. Use Report Abuse to flag violations. You can ask for a review of an enforcement action through that same form. Nothing in this policy permits child sexual abuse material, nonconsensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or sexual exploitation.
